Refund Policy

We want you to buy Terminal Academy knowing what you are getting. This is how refunds work.

1. Try it first

Terminal Survivor, 19 missions, is free and stays free. Please finish it before you pay, so you know the teaching style suits you.

2. Sales are final, with these exceptions

Double charge. If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, we refund the extra charge.
You cannot use what you bought. If a technical problem on our side stops you activating the licence or opening the paid missions, and we cannot fix it within 7 days of you telling us, we refund you in full.
The law says so. If consumer law where you live gives you a right to a refund, we honour it.

3. How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with. Include your order number or activation code and a short description. Please ask within 14 days of buying (later if the law gives you longer). We reply within 7 days.

4. How you get the money back

Refunds are issued by Creem, our merchant of record, to the original payment method. Your bank may take several days to show it. When a refund is issued, your licence stops working automatically.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before you ask your bank to reverse a payment. It is quicker for you, and a disputed payment also ends the licence.
